Public domain is a term used to indicate that works are no longer protected by copyright and related rights. In the EU, this is the case when the maker has been deceased for at least 70 years. In that case, there is no rightful claimant and there is no permission needed to use the work.

Ontwerp voor een handvat. Het ergonomisch gevormde handvat is gemaakt van polyurethaan volgens 2-componenten spuitgiettechniek. Het handvat is donkergrijs van kleur en heeft een groef rondom over het handvat. Aan de bovenzijde is het oppervlak ruw. Onder de lijn staat aan beide zijden "Gazelle". In het handvat is een aluminium staaf gestoken.
