How do I book a ticket?
You can do this online or at the box office. It is possible again to drop by spontaneously, but with an online ticket you won't have to wait in line and entrance is guaranteed during busy periods.

DO I NEED TO PRINT OUT MY TICKETS?
You can either print your tickets or show them on your smartphone.
Do I have to WEAR A MOUTH MASK DURING MY VISIT?
As of June 26, mouth masks are no longer mandatory. However, do feel free to use one. We provide face masks at the museum.
CAN I VISIT THE MUSEUM IF I HAVE A COLD?
Unfortunately not. In line with the national measures, we will ask you to stay at home in that case. We’ll hope to welcome you as soon as you feel better.
What hygiene measures have been taken inside the museum?
We will provide additional cleaning of contact points and touch surfaces, such as door handles, toilets, taps, lockers and ATMs. Inside the museum, there are several places where you can find disinfecting hand gels. We also provide gloves. And our employees also have other protective equipment at their disposal.
CAN I PAY CASH AT THE MUSEUM?
For hygiene reasons, we ask everyone to pay with a debit card.
