Public domain is a term used to indicate that works are no longer protected by copyright and related rights. In the EU, this is the case when the maker has been deceased for at least 70 years. In that case, there is no rightful claimant and there is no permission needed to use the work.

Witte katoenen doek met centrale voorstelling waarop een zwart/wit foto van koningin Wilhelmina, zittend, in galajurk. Het geheel wordt omgeven door een brede oranje sierrand met bloem- plant- en strikmotieven. Tekst op de bovenrand "KONINGIN", onderrand "WILHELMINA". Aan de onderrand waren oorspronkelijk festoenen te zien, maar het patroon is hier doorsneden.
